Sustainability electronics research activity

This activity aims the development of sustainability electronics industry. Moreover, in this activity, our works are creation of the new reliability science for high integration power electronics system and research of next generation for integrated power electronics systems. Furthermore, this activity aims the power electronics center to cooperate with domestic or overseas organization.
Creation of the new reliability science for high integration power electronics system
The measurement methodology for critical operation of high integration components on under micron sizes and times is studied and its breakdown analysis model is also constructed.
Research of next generation for integrated power electronics systems
The new concepts necessary for the integrated power electronics system on power supply is constructed and aims of its realization.
