We regularly hold Staff Seminars for research presentations and information exchanges among AGI Researchers.
We usually hold these seminars in person at our institute. However, this seminar will be held online in order to prevent the spread of the novel Coronavirus.

“日本における外国人創業促進政策の効果に関する考察”
本研究では,在留外国人に関する統計と聞き取り調査に基づいて,日本における外国人企業家の推移と特徴を考察し,その都道府県分布の影響要因および各地の外国人創業促進政策の効果を検証する。現段階の分析結果を見ると,外国人の創業をさらに促進させるためには,まず,規制緩和などを通じて,日本の持続可能な発展に寄与する投資需要・成長分野を一層創出する必要がある。また,各地の発展ビジョン・創業優遇政策に関する情報を国内外に効果的に発信するとともに,具体的な創業支援活動については,新興領域に関する専門技術力の高い20代~30代の留学生を中心に展開すべきである。
