Title

“Analysis of the Chinese Urban Miracle from the Unified Development Economics”

Abstract

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, Chinese cities have created miracles in economic development. The theory of standard economics cannot yet provide a very convincing explanation. The unified development economics of independent innovation, using the analytical tool of “power” and a unique theoretical framework, combined with the practice of China’s urbanization and urban transformation and development, has formed a new theory of urban unified development economics that explains China’s urban miracle. The core idea is that institutional innovation, nonagricultural agglomeration, government competition, and the interaction of global division of labor drive the rapid growth and continuous transformation of Chinese cities, determining the continuous rapid evolution of the internal system, urban-rural system, and urban system of Chinese cities.
