We signed an academic exchange agreement with “the School of Social Development and Public Policy”, Fudan University located in Shanghai, China in 2006, and we have been holding a joint forum every year since 2010. This year was our 14th forum, and was held in person for the first time after the Corona pandemic. With the them of “Declining Birthrates in East Asia: Causes, Impacts, and Countermeasures,” we presented and discussed on situations in Japan and China.
