We regularly hold Staff Seminars for research presentations and information exchanges among AGI Researchers.
We usually hold these seminars in person at our institute. However, this seminar will be held online in order to prevent the spread of the novel Coronavirus.

“政令指定都市における女性就業率の特徴と影響要因”
近年,少子高齢化の加速に伴って労働人口の不足が顕在化しつつある。これ緩和するための方策のひとつとして期待されているのが,女性の活躍である。日本の女性就業率は急速に上昇しているが,男性就業率に比べれば低く,特に出産・育児年齢層の女性就業率が低下することが知られている。
本研究では,国勢調査等のデータを用いて,2000年~2015年の政令指定都市における子育て世代女性の就業率の特徴・差異とその変化を考察し,女性就業率の影響要因を統計的に分析した。その結果,子育て世代女性就業率には,保育所定員率や三世代同居比率が強く影響しており,子育て環境が女性の就業を規定している可能性が確認された。
