An Analysis about Airport Choice Behavior of Business Person in Northern Kyushu Region

In the end of March 2014, the one and only international regular service of Kitakyushu airport between Busan airport is suspended. The remaining one and only domestic regular service is the one between Haneda airport, which is facing competition with neighboring airports such as Fukuoka airport. In such a situation, it is important to investigate the basic characteristics of passengers using airports in northern Kyushu region and their choice behavior. Particularly, the potential of the early morning and late evening frights in Kitakyushu airport that is available at all hours, and business trips by air will be investigated.
